Your Questions Answered
Most patio or driveway projects take between 3 and 7 working days once we start on site. Full garden transformations can take 2–4 weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a clear timeframe with your quotation so you know exactly what to expect.
Every garden is different, so we price every project individually. As a guide, a quality porcelain or Indian stone patio typically starts from around £80–£120 per m², and resin driveways from £75–£100 per m². We provide a free, no-obligation quotation after a site visit so you get an accurate figure with no surprises.
Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation site survey and written quotation. Our site surveyor will visit, measure up, discuss your ideas, and send you a clear itemised quote — there's no pressure to proceed.
We cover Shrewsbury, Telford, Ellesmere, Oswestry and the surrounding Shropshire area. If you're nearby and not sure, just get in touch — we'll let you know quickly whether we can help.
Absolutely. We're fully insured with public liability cover, and all our work is carried out by our own experienced team — not subcontracted out.
We install porcelain paving, Indian stone, resin-bound driveways, block paving, composite decking, composite fencing, garden walls, pergolas, and water features. We only use premium, proven materials from trusted suppliers.
Yes — we offer 3D garden design so you can see your finished project before we build it. This is especially popular for full garden transformations and larger patio projects. It helps you feel confident in your choices before work begins.
Maintenance is straightforward. For porcelain and resin surfaces, a regular sweep and occasional wash with a mild detergent keeps them looking new. We'll provide tailored aftercare advice for your specific materials when we hand over, and we're always on the end of the phone if you have questions.
Not necessarily. Many of our clients carry on with their day while we work. We do need access to the area and an outdoor tap for mixing/cleaning, but you don't need to be present throughout. We'll agree access arrangements before we start.
It's simple: 1) You submit a free quote request. 2) Our site surveyor visits to measure and discuss your ideas. 3) We send a written, itemised quotation. 4) On your go-ahead, we schedule the work and keep you informed throughout. 5) We hand over a finished garden you'll love.
